Jeff Ireland, CEO
J eff has his Limited CMRAO License and brings over 30 years in Property and Building Management to the Harbour Team. His focus is on-the-ground assistance and providing secure and stable management to all unit owners. Over the years Jeff has developed strong relationships in the community and prides himself on the quality and efficiency of maintaining a property well.
Cassandra Eagles CPA, CFO
Cassandra is a founding partner.Possessing a strong attention to detail gained from over 20 years of financial experience, Cassandra leads the accounting department with a keen eye. She ensures that Harbour delivers clear and concise monthly financial statements in a timely manner.
Lynn is our lead Property Manager with her General License from CMRAO and contributes over 25 years in Property and Building Management to the Harbour Team. An excellent communicator, Lynn is dedicated in delivering the highest level of management services in a pro-active way, and ensuring well maintained, secure and respectable properties. She has a special fondness for serving retirement communities and has forged strong relationships with an impressive group of service providers, ensuring timely response to building needs and unit owners alike.
Kyla is our front-line leader. She is motivated by contributing to a positive, seamless experience for our clients and vendors alike. Kyla is one of the steadying hands that creates the quality experience for our owners.
Jessyka Jackson , Property Manager
Jessyka is the newest Harbour team member and holds her CMRAO Limited License. She has over 7 years of residential and commercial property management experience. Jessyka is a dedicated professional who cares deeply for the properties she manages.
Quentin Magoon, Property Manager
Quentin has been with us for over a year and is currently completing his degree in Economics from Wilfrid Laurier University. During his time at Harbour Concepts, he has successfully worked his way from Accounting & Admin Assistant to Junior Property Manager. Unit owners can rely on his calm demeanor and friendly personality to have their needs taken care of.

Mariah Guta, Accounting & Office Assistant
Mariah has her MA from Wilfrid Laurier University and brings several years of experience in Administration, Accounting Support and customer-facing roles to the Harbour team. Having lived abroad in several countries, she enjoys serving in the community she grew up in. Her focus is on ensuring that unit owners are heard and looked after in a timely and welcoming manner.
